Our products are made from carefully selected materials. However, individual sensitivities, allergies, and skin reactions may vary from person to person. Customers should review the product materials before purchase and discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Because Honey Curve sells bras, lingerie, underwear, shapewear, and other intimate apparel, customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, materials, colors, care instructions, and order details carefully before placing an order.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Honey Curve reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Honey Curve confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, color, quantity, delivery address, and contact details. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, orders for bras, lingerie, underwear, shapewear, and similar intimate apparel are treated as final once placed and may not be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, comfort preference, or any other non-defective reason.

Honey Curve may, at its sole discretion, consider a cancellation request only if the order has not yet been accepted, processed, packed, or dispatched. We are not obliged to approve cancellation requests after an order has been submitted.

If we do not accept an order, make a change to an order, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to our Exchange and Claims Policy for Intimate Apparel set out in Section 26. Due to the intimate nature of our products, exchanges and claims are restricted for hygiene and safety reasons. Claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not-as-described items are handled in accordance with Section 26.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be subject to the carrier's terms, timelines, and customs procedures. Honey Curve is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, we will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution, which may include resending the order or issuing a refund, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address, phone number, and delivery information are accurate and complete. Honey Curve is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Honey Curve is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Honey Curve. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Honey Curve, including any injury, damage, loss, dispute, refund, exchange, or issue resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Honey Curve, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

SECTION 26 - EXCHANGE AND CLAIMS POLICY FOR INTIMATE APPAREL

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all bras, lingerie, underwear, shapewear, and similar intimate apparel are final sale once ordered. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit preference, comfort preference, or any other non-defective reason.

Please review the product description, size guide, color, quantity, delivery details, and care instructions carefully before placing your order. Our size guide is provided for reference only, and individual fit may vary depending on body shape, measurements, and personal preference.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
