ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods such as sales, promotions, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays to you by email.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
• United Arab Emirates: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• International: 6 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country, shipping carrier, and customs clearance timelines.
Business days exclude weekends, UAE public holidays, and public holidays in the destination country. Honey Curve is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
In most cases, no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged to you upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is intended to be the final amount.
However, in certain circumstances and depending on your country's customs regulations, local authorities may apply duties, taxes, or import fees to your order. These charges are outside of Honey Curve's control and responsibility. If such charges are applied, they will be the responsibility of the customer. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

LOST OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from your dispatch confirmation, please contact us:
• UAE orders: not received within 10 business days of dispatch.
• International orders: not received within 25 business days of dispatch.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, Honey Curve will offer to resend the order or issue a refund, at our discretion and subject to carrier investigation outcomes.
Honey Curve is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer's failure to collect the order, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you do not respond within 14 days of our notification, Honey Curve reserves the right to cancel the order. Refunds in such cases will be issued minus the original shipping cost, if included.
